Return policy

Right to return

Goods bought at a distance can be returned within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The item must be unused, with its saleable appearance intact, in its original packaging.

How to return

1. Write to us at info@rikela.lt stating the order number and the items being returned.
2. We will send the return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
3. Send the item to: UAB „Rikela", Tarpučių g. 148, 68132 Marijampolė.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of the item arriving at our warehouse - by the same method the order was paid with. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer, except when a faulty or incorrect item is being returned.

Faulty goods

If the item you received is faulty or damaged - contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund the money together with the shipping cost. The goods carry the quality guarantee laid down by law.
