How soon will I get my order?
Orders confirmed on business days before 14:00 are handed to the couriers the same day. Delivery times per method are listed on the "Delivery" page.
How much does delivery cost?
The price depends on the method chosen - all prices are listed on the "Delivery" page. Delivery is free for orders from €100.00.
How can I pay?
We accept bank payments, cards and other methods - all of them are described on the "Payment" page.
Can I return an item?
Yes - within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The procedure is described on the "Return policy" page.
How do I track my parcel?
Once the order has been dispatched you will receive the tracking number and a link to the courier's system by email.
