1. General provisions
1.1. These terms of purchase and sale (hereinafter - the Terms) set out the mutual rights, obligations and liability of the person buying goods in the online store (hereinafter - the Buyer) and UAB „Rikela", legal entity code 304405376, registered office address Tarpučių g. 148, 68132 Marijampolė (hereinafter - the Seller).
1.2. By buying in the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read the Terms and agree to them.
2. Conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement
2.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having filled the shopping cart, entered the delivery address and chosen the payment method, confirms the order.
2.2. The Buyer receives the order confirmation by email.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. Product prices are stated in euros including VAT. The delivery cost is shown before the order is confirmed.
3.2. The available payment methods are described on the "Payment" page. Payment can also be made by bank transfer to the account Paysera LT, UAB, LT93 3500 0100 0244 0043.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery methods, times and prices are described on the "Delivery" page. Delivery is free for orders from €100.00.
5. Returning goods
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The full return procedure is described on the "Return policy" page.
6. Personal data
6.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed in line with the Privacy policy, available on a separate page.
7. Final provisions
7.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner laid down by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
